The fabric is a knitted monofilament blended composition of 80% Nylon Polyamide and 20% Dupont Lycra. All colours are tested in water, acid perspiration, alkaline perspiration, seawater, chlorinated water and washed at 40ºC using ISO standard tests. Fabric weight is 185 grams per square metre.

Polyester

The fabric is 100% Polyester multifilament of a knitted Micropore construction. The inner surface is solid to absorb perspiration, the outer surface is completely perforated to allow fast evaporation. The construction is ideal for Screen Print application as the ink 'keys' into the outer surface, thus avoiding the need to use flock printed motifs.

Fabric weight: Featherweight 110 grams per square metre.

Standard weight 140grams per square metre.

Screen Print Ink

We use Plastisol flexible ink on both Lycra and Polyester. The ink is designed to be used on knitted fabrics and is therefore ideal for our range of products.
